The website provides general information about divorce and legal separation in California and an intake form through which you can ask to be connected with an independent family-law attorney licensed in California.
We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. We connect you with independent attorneys licensed in California. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship; that only happens when you sign an engagement agreement with an attorney.

Attorneys are independent and decide for themselves whether to take on a matter. Any legal services, fees and responsibilities are agreed directly between you and the attorney in a written engagement agreement. The first call with our intake team is free. Attorney fees are set by the attorney and quoted to you in writing before any work starts. Court filing fees and other third-party costs are not part of an attorney's fee unless the engagement agreement says so.
