Through the questionnaire and the contact form we collect the state and, optionally, the county you live in, your answers about your marriage, children, property and work, your name, email address, optional phone number and any short description you give. We use it to handle your request, contact you, arrange a first call and connect you with an independent attorney. We also collect technical and usage data described below.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, health records or detailed information about other people through the forms.
Your request is sent encrypted to our intake team by the email service Resend and shared with the independent attorney who may take on your matter. Advertising networks only learn that a request was received, with an anonymous reference; they never receive your contact details or your answers.
If you arrive through an ad, we store campaign parameters and click IDs in your browser for up to 90 days and send them with your request so we can see which ad led to it. PostHog records page views, clicks, loading times, steps in the questionnaire and session recordings. Simplified questionnaire answers (for example the number of children or ranges instead of exact ages) are recorded; free text is not used for advertising. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising set cookies to attribute ad clicks. Personalized advertising is disabled at Google.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, except that ad networks measure ad clicks as described above. You can opt out of that measurement by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser or by emailing privacy@omnilex.ai; when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising tags are not loaded.
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to opt out of sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@omnilex.ai. We verify requests using your email address and may ask an authorized agent for proof of authorization.
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up with an attorney, and to meet legal obligations, and then delete it. Analytics data is kept for up to one year. Data held by the attorney you engage is governed by that attorney's own policies and professional obligations.
Omnilex AG is based in Switzerland and our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and Switzerland, with appropriate safeguards.
Transmission is encrypted (TLS) and access is limited to the people who handle your request. We will post any changes to this policy on this page.
