The packages describe typical situations, not fixed offers. The independent attorney confirms the scope and the fee with you in writing before any work starts.

What the court charges in addition.

Court filing fees are set statewide and paid to the court, not to the attorney. The amounts below are guide values; check the current fee schedule of your Superior Court before filing.

Petition (first filing)
about $435
Response (first filing)
about $435
Requests for orders and motions
separate fees
Fee waiver (form FW-001)
if you qualify

Guide values. The court's current fee schedule applies. If you cannot afford the fees, you can ask the court for a fee waiver.

What you can expect.

Before anything else: The first call with our intake team is free and without obligation. We clarify what you need and which kind of attorney fits.

Before any work starts: The independent attorney quotes the scope and fee in writing. Nothing is charged until you sign an engagement agreement with the attorney.

If your situation changes: Additional work beyond the agreed scope is agreed between you and the attorney before it is done.

If it is not the right fit: You are free to decline. Sending a request or having a first call does not oblige you to anything.

Clarity starts with a conversation.

Describe your situation in a few minutes. Our intake team gets in touch to arrange a free, no-obligation first call.
